This page outlines our Delivery Fees, Delivery Time, Delivery Process and Collections Process. Please ensure you have read and understood the information on this page, as well as our Terms, prior to placing your order.

We deliver to mainland UK only. If you are unsure if your address falls under this description, please contact us by phone or by email, prior to placing your order, to confirm if we will be able to deliver to you. Any deliveries that require use of ferries for access or to shorten delivery times will incur an additional fee for the cost of the transport. DELIVERY FEES

All orders over £300 – free delivery (to mainland UK only).

All orders under £300* - £50 delivery charge.

*Except for orders of Windows and/or Doors which will be delivered free of charge in all instances.

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-15 working days. We typically deliver most orders within 10 working days. Please note that in periods of high demand delivery time may increase.

Please note: we will likely be unable to deliver on a specific date of your choosing. We are based in East Yorkshire, and your delivery will be one of a number of deliveries in your area on the same day. As a result, your order will be delivered on the day we are due to your area. If you request a new delivery date, you will be required to wait for delivery until we are next in your area, which could be up to an additional 10 working days. 

If there are specific days or weeks you will be unable to take a delivery (e.g. you are on holiday and access to your property will be locked), please let us know, after placing your order, when you will be available to take delivery from. 

Any changes to your order must be made over 48 hours prior to your confirmed delivery date. If you cancel or amend your order within 48 hours of your confirmed delivery date you will be charged a £60 cancellation/amendment fee.

DELIVERY PROCESS

  1. When you place your order, you will receive confirmation of your order by email. 
  2. The next contact you receive from us will be by text message – please ensure the contact number on your order is correct (please contact us immediately to confirm a correct contact number if this is not the case). When we have booked in your delivery date, we will text you on the Thursday or Friday the week before your delivery date to confirm your delivery date. 

    If due to unforeseen circumstances an earlier delivery window opens up, we may contact you at shorter notice to confirm a quicker delivery date.

  3. The afternoon/evening of the day before your delivery date, your delivery driver will contact you to confirm the approximate delivery time – please note that your delivery will typically be delivered between 6:30am – 9:30pm, but for some areas, such as London and the South East, we may be required to confirm an earlier drop off time, due to the impact of traffic congestion on our delivery routes. We will be unable to confirm a delivery time with more advanced notice than this.

  4. Our driver will also confirm with you if there are any expected issues with locating or accessing your property. IMPORTANT: we only deliver to the front of your property, e.g. onto a driveway or front garden immediately abutting the pavement/public highway. If there is no space at the front of the property, we will deliver kerbside, and it will be your responsibility to move the goods onto your property. 

    If you are unsure that your property meets the above, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm if we can accommodate your property situation, e.g. if access is only possible through a side gate that abuts a public highway. We are unable to carry goods through your property for insurance reasons. 

    Orders that have to be re-delivered due to an incorrect address or a lack of access will be charged £60 for re-delivery.

    We deliver using a fleet of 3.5 ton flatbed vans, so we are typically able to complete deliveries to properties down narrow tracks or on narrow streets. We do not use a courier.

    If you anticipate that our drivers may have difficulty locating your property as, for example, your property sits within a large piece of land, on roads without signposting, or for any other reason, please provide the driver with instructions on how to locate your property. You may wish to consider providing a what3words location.

  5. You do not need to be present to take the delivery. 

  6. If after confirming a delivery date and time we are unable to deliver your goods due to, for example, adverse weather conditions, illness, breakdowns, acts of God, or any other reason beyond our control, we will do our best to arrange a new delivery date as quickly as possible, and will communicate this with you. We do not accept any claims for compensation for bookings for tradesmen or other contractors (please see our Terms page for full details).

    Any order cancelled after delivery for reasons for which we are not at fault will be charged £60 for collection. 

COLLECTIONS PROCESS

Collections are available upon request – we will confirm when your order will be ready for collection from our site. You can find our address at the bottom of this website.
