This cannot be helped and at time of sorting we do our very best to send out perfect timber though in the warm months this is or can be difficult. Any of the mentioned are not covered by the 15-year guarantee.The pond liner guarantee is 25 years and is only available if pond liner is returned to NLC before an exchange can be made.

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £300, and also on all orders for Doors and/or Windows. Other orders under £300 will be subject to an additional £50 delivery fee.
